PROJECT KICKOFF
We begin each new project by understanding your unique style, lifestyle, and goals for your space. Our design team conducts an in-depth consultation to get to know you and your family, discussing your preferences and vision for the project. We also visit your home to take detailed measurements and discuss the initial budget and projected timeline, ensuring a tailored approach to meet your needs.

CONCEPT PHASE
Once we have a clear understanding of your goals and vision, we embark on the exciting concept phase. As your designer We will create mood boards and design plans to visually articulate our ideas, exploring various furniture elements, fabrics, finishes, and textures. We'll collaborate closely with you, presenting all our initial concepts in the comfort of your home or virtually. Additionally, during this phase, we establish a final approved budget to ensure that the project stays on track.

DETAILED DESIGN PLANS
As your project advances into the detailed design phase, it begins to materialize with the presentation of final renderings, floor plans, and elevations, providing you with a clear visualization of the layouts and designs. You'll also receive a comprehensive Spec Book + FFE Schedule detailing all material and furnishing selections for your new spaces. By the conclusion of this phase, you'll have detailed design plans that serve as a comprehensive guide for your contractors and vendors, ensuring clarity and accountability throughout every stage of the process.

PROCUREMENT + PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once all selected items are approved, we meticulously document and present them to you in a detailed proposal. Upon approval of the proposals, we initiate the ordering process. LINEN + ORCHID takes care of all aspects of the ordering process, from submitting detailed purchase orders to tracking and receiving, all the way through to the delivery to our warehouse. Additionally, our project management services involve working closely with your contractor to ensure that all design details are being executed accurately, maintaining the integrity of your vision throughout the entire process.

INSTALLATION + STYLING
Once all items are received at our warehouse, we meticulously schedule and manage your installation process. LINEN + ORCHID takes care of every detail, from installing window treatments, wallpaper, and art to coordinating the installation of all furnishings. We also expertly style all your new home to perfection! Depending on the scope of your project, the installation may take 3 or more days to ensure every aspect is completed to our high standards.

THE REVEAL + FINAL WALKTHROUGH
The most thrilling day for our design team has arrived! With the finishing touches in place, we are ecstatic to unveil your stunning new spaces. During the final walkthrough, we'll accompany you through each room, ensuring every detail meets your expectations. Together, we'll go over a detailed punch list to address any remaining items, ensuring your complete satisfaction with the transformation of your home.
